At Includa, we’ve always believed that great support is something personal. Not standardised. Not system-led. Built around real people and real lives.
As a registered NDIS support provider based in Hamilton NSW, Includa supports people and families across Newcastle, the wider Hunter Region and the Central Coast.
We’ve been pretty quiet for a few years, on purpose. Instead of working on getting bigger, we focused on getting better.
We spent that time listening – to the people we support, their families and support workers.
We heard from thoughtful local voices and people from across the country who care deeply about how great support should work.
Those conversations helped shape the direction we’re taking next. And the message was clear.
People weren’t looking for the next big thing. They want stronger relationships.
More trust. More connection.
And support that feels human.
So we’re moving on from Better, not Bigger, and focusing on More of What Matters.
Part of that is a more intentional commitment to individualisation through Ur Support.
It brings clarity to how we do our work and direction to how we grow.
