Includa was founded by two industry professionals, who had a drive to build a disability support service that gives true control and choice to people with a disability and a valued role for workers in the sector.
Our innovative support model connects like-minded people to foster positive relationships and interactions in the community. Our online platform allows for flexibility, autonomy and support, both for workers and NDIS participants.
We link NDIS participants with a local team of community-based support workers so they can achieve their goals. Our online platform allows NDIS participants to directly contact their support team.
Our valued support workers provide home and community care to NDIS participants. Our online platform enables care teams to collaborate and provides remote 24/7 assistance and guidance to workers.
