Includa was founded back in 2017, to build a registered NDIS Provider that gives local people with disability a meaningful alternative, and offers valued employment for Disability Support Workers.
Our innovative support model connects like-minded people to foster positive relationships and community connections. Our online platform and customised clever systems allows for flexibility, autonomy and support, both for Support Workers and NDIS participants.
We link NDIS participants with a local team of community-based Support Workers so they can achieve their goals. Our online communication platform allows NDIS participants to directly contact their support team and Includa. So we can stay connected.
Our valued Support Workers provide home and community support to NDIS Participants, the way they want, 24/7. This means we’re available to offer assistance and guidance to workers all the time.
