Includa’s fees for disability support services are here for the world to see.
Includa pays support workers over 10% more than some online support platforms and nearly 20% more than some other local disability support providers.
This means that more of your NDIS budget goes directly to your support worker.

- Support weekday between 6am and 8pm.
- Any weekday support which includes any time between 8pm and 12am.
- Support worker required for assistance, can sleep during night.
- Support with any time provided between 12am – 6am.
- Any time on Saturday.
- Any time on Sunday.
- Only available Monday – Friday (6am – 8pm).
Staff Paid is based on a Level 2 – pay point 2 casual hourly pay rate, including First Aid Allowance of $0.54 – excluding superannuation

Participants
Yes. Includa is a registered NDIS provider, offering home and community care in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
How you pay for support depends on how your NDIS funding is managed:
- Self managed – we’ll send the invoice to you
- Plan managed – we’ll send the invoice to your plan manager
- NDIA managed – we’ll arrange the invoice to be paid through the NDIS MyPlace portal
After you receive the invoice for support services, you have 7 days to pay the total.
Support workers
You will get paid through our secure online system.Â
You will get paid every two weeks. Your shifts will have to be booked, worked and approved through the online portal.
If you have agreed to provide transport and drive your car during your shift, you will be paid $1.10 per kilometre, this is above the $0.99 per kilometre under the SCHADS industry award. This will need to be lodge online when you record your shift.
