Over recent months, Includa has spent time listening closely to what people actually want from support. The message that came through clearly wasn’t a call for the next big thing. It was a call for stronger relationships, more choice, more trust and more belonging.
In response, Includa is moving on from a ‘bigger’ model of growth and focusing instead on being better, with a new offering focused on More of What Matters.
